I'm currently working with a personal trainer to build back my physical fitness after 4 babies and 3 c-sections. Between gyms shutting down, my daughter's death, newborns and a high risk pregnancy with the twins, I took a lot of time off from working out. In hindsight, I wish I had never stopped. I wish I had stayed in the game, even though the interval and intensity would have looked different.
So today we're looking at what we can learn from my missteps and what I will be doing differently next time.
