Our son Roman turned one yesterday (May 2nd) and there are a few big lessons I'm reflecting on, as well as how perfectly they apply to any and every area of life!
This realization changed the game for my results. It sounds obvious, but so many of us struggle to execute our plans because we aren't prepared for the execution. Beyond that, we fail to realization that preparation isn't an all or nothing thing. There are degrees to preparation, and we have to start to paying attention to what level of preparation is needed in order for us to be successful in a particular area of our lives.
