I believe there needs to be way more conversations about stress and how it's not just "a feeling". Too many people have accepted chronic stress as a way of life and they just muscle through it, without taking seriously the long-term consequences of their unwillingness to make changes. Today's episode dives into stress hormones, picky eaters, people pleasing and so much more! Chris is on the show, which makes it WAY more fun!
